Alias: What we can call your character

Full Name: Your character's full name

Gender: If your charrie is a male or female

Age: Use months and years so nobody is confused. You can put it in your bio how many moons.

Rank: Rannk you want your charrie to be ( Clan leader,deputy,medicine cat,warrior,etc.)

Appearance: What your charrie looks like

Affiliation: What clan you want your charrie to belong to(Or rogue,loner,kittypet)

Roleplay Sample: A two paragraph sample that you either just made up, or it can be from another website.
